Warranty
We include a minimum of a 1 year warranty on all our products, unless otherwise
specified. We will certainly help you with any difficulties you may experience

Return Policy
- You may return items for refunds within 1 day of the purchase (Unless otherwise
stated). Restocking fee of 10% may apply. Discuss with your sales person.
- You may receive refund excluding the freight charges and installation
charges if any for goods returned in original conditions and original packaging.
- All items in the original sale including packing, clamps, gaskets,
brackets, silicone hose, etc. shall be included in the return. No refund
if it is found goods have been tampered with.
- There is no refund for items not listed in the price list, which are ordered
specifically for the customers' request. (i.e. If you need something which
is not listed in the price list, make sure it matches your needs and it suites
you)
- Cost of shipping back to us is at the customer's expense.
General Warranty Conditions
- All items carry a minimum of a 1 year return to base warranty, unless otherwise
stated.
- If any alterations have been made to item warranty will become void.
- Warranty is valid from date of invoice when full payment has been received.
- If item is sent away and found not to be faulty customer will be liable
to pay a fee of $20 to cover costs.
- Any physical damage will not be covered by warranty and the customer should
handle, transport and store the item or other parts in a way not to suffer
physical damage.
- Warranty does not cover any other fees, charges, loss of income, damage
to other equipment or payment to third parties including cost of shipping
back to us.
- Items of less than $20 in value will carry only 3 months warranty.
- If any Government acts or legislation overrides the conditions in this
warranty conditions, then such act or legislation takes precedence.
